Installations

Bagjump Installations of the Month in February

Another month is over, and lots of new and exciting Bagjump installations keep popping up all over the world.

February was another busy and exciting month for the Bagjump team. This month, we focused on installing, upgrading, and maintaining airbags across the United States. Whether replacing old foam pit systems with an airbag or upgrading a whole facility, we are ready to jump on a plane and create a safer, cleaner, and more efficient environment for athletes of all kinds.

This month was full of excitement. We worked on trampoline parks, gymnastics facilities, and adventure parks, ensuring they received the best possible equipment for training and fun.

These are some of the installations we completed in February:

Airtopia – San Antonio, TX

Airtopia in San Antonio is one of the largest adventure parks in the region, known for its variety of attractions. This month, they decided to check on their airbags, and we spent three days making sure their Bagjump airbags were in top condition.

They have three airbags used for their rock wall, launch lane, and ninja course. Since these bags endure heavy use every day, we had to ensure everything worked perfectly.

Fortunately, our experienced team was ready to get to work and make these airbags look brand new again.

For these kinds of inspections, we first examine all the airbags in the facility. In the case of Airtopia, we replaced some key components, such as the wall adapter, air pillars, and skirts.

Additionally, we took the time to install our newest product, the Pressure Alarm Gen 2. Now, they can check the pressure of all bags on a single app. Finally, we upgraded the launch bag and the rock wall airbags with a second blower for better pressure control.

Sky Zone Expansions & Upgrades

Sky Zone has been a long-term partner of Bagjump, and we have been working closely with multiple locations to upgrade their parks, inspect their airbags, and improve their facilities.

This month, we worked on five Sky Zone locations across the U.S. and made significant improvements to several parks.

Sky Zone – Topeka, KS

Sky Zone Topeka already had three Bagjump airbags, and this month, we installed a fourth airbag to replace another foam pit. Additionally, we installed four pressure alarms, which will allow them to monitor all airbags from a single device.

This upgrade to Sky Zone reflects their commitment to improving operational efficiency and making it easier for staff to manage the park.

Sky Zone – El Paso East, TX

We also made a short visit to the Sky Zone in El Paso, which has two locations, East and West.

At El Paso East, we replaced an old foam pit with a new Bagjump airbag, giving their trampoline park an exciting new upgrade.

Sky Zone – El Paso West, TX

A few kilometers away, at El Paso West, we swapped out an older Bagjump airbag with a brand-new model. Additionally, we upgraded the system to meet the park’s latest needs.

Now, Sky Zone in El Paso is ready to go.

Sky Zone – Peoria, AZ

From Texas, we traveled to Arizona to check on another Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Peoria. Here, we completed another successful foam pit replacement. This is yet another example of how parks are gradually replacing all their foam pits with Bagjumps.

We have been working with Sky Zone Peoria for years and look forward to their next upgrade.

Sky Zone – Palmdale, CA

We wrapped up this Sky Zone adventure in Palmdale, California. Here, the airbag was not holding pressure correctly, so we performed a full inspection.

We replaced several key parts, including the wall adapters, top sheet, pressure alarm, and air pillars. On top of that, we added a second blower to restore the airbag’s performance.

These regular visits are essential to keeping the airbags in optimal condition and ensuring their longevity.

Second Visits to Gymnastics Facilities

Athletes in Motion – Prairieville, LA

We returned to Athletes in Motion for a second visit to install new underbags for their gymnastics airpit. This upgrade was necessary to ensure the gymnastics facility could operate at peak performance.

This was one of the facilities we visited only a few weeks ago, and returning was essential to maintaining the high standards we are known for.

Flathead Gymnastics – Kalispell, MT

Flathead Gymnastics is home to one of the largest Bagjump inground airpits we have ever installed. This month, we returned to replace some key components.

First, we installed a new wall adapter and a skirt for the airbag. Later, we added a second blower because the client wanted a firmer landing surface.

Now, the gymnasts at Flathead Gymnastics can continue training with confidence, knowing they are in good hands.

Training & Education

Greenspan Training – UK

One of the most interesting projects we worked on this month was a collaboration between Bagjump and Greenspan, a company in the United Kingdom that manages multiple outdoor parks.

For them, we provided on-site training, where we taught their team how to perform routine airbag inspections, conduct regular maintenance to extend the airbag’s lifespan, and identify potential issues at an early stage.

While Greenspan’s team can now manage inspections and basic maintenance independently, they will still rely on Bagjump for major repairs and replacements.

Why These Installations Matter

Each project this month highlighted Bagjump’s ability to improve safety and performance in different ways.

We are also seeing a significant shift as trampoline parks transition from foam pits to airbags, making it easier for gyms and adventure parks to provide a safer and more exciting experience for athletes and guests.

This was just a small portion of the work we completed this past month, and we look forward to what’s coming next.
