Bagjump September Highlights: Transforming Safety One Airbag at a Time
Find out how Bagjump made trampoline parks, ski resorts, and adventure parks safer this September.
As we head into the fall season, Bagjump continued its commitment to safety, reliability, and performance by completing several important installations and inspections worldwide. This month, our team worked on everything from replacing foam pits to conducting yearly inspections of airbag systems at ski resorts. Even though the Summer is now over, for Bagjump park owners and trampoline park owners it means just the start of a new season.
Let’s take a closer look at the highlights of our installations and maintenance projects throughout September.
Wunderland – Winterthur, Switzerland
Replacing the Foam Pit with a Standalone Bag
At Wunderland in Winterthur, Switzerland, we replaced an old foam pit with a new standalone airbag system. The setup required reinforcing the surrounding walls, as the park is undergoing a complete rebuild. We used wall adapters to connect the airbag to the three surrounding walls, with a side wall installed at the exit point so that people can slide down safely to the ground.
One of the highlights of this installation was the top sheet design—it turned out incredibly well, giving the airbag a sleek, modern look that adds to the park’s revamped aesthetic. The reinforced walls and secure connections ensure that this new airbag setup will last for years to come, offering both safety and style for park visitors.
Urban Air – St. Charles, IL, USA
Upgrading Trampoline Park Airbags
Urban Air Trampoline Parks are a well-known chain across the U.S., and this month we began replacing their old airbags with Bagjump’s advanced products. At the St. Charles location, we swapped out one of their airpits, upgrading it with a Bagjump system. This is just the start—we’re optimistic that the rest of their airbags will be replaced with Bagjump products in the future. Our high-quality airbags provide better durability, safety, and fun for the park’s guests.
Urban Air – Crystal Lake, IL, USA
Airpit Replacement at Crystal Lake
At Urban Air in Crystal Lake, Illinois, we focused on enhancing the safety and performance of their trampoline park with a significant upgrade. This particular installation involved the replacement of an outdated airbag system with a state-of-the-art standalone airbag. While this is just one of several airbags in their facility, the switch to Bagjump reflects the park’s commitment to safer, more reliable equipment.
Launch – Herndon, VA, USA
Full Airbag Replacement at Two Nearby Parks
In Herndon, Virginia, we worked with Launch Trampoline Parks to replace all of their existing airbags from other manufacturers with Bagjump products. Although we only replaced one airbag at each of the two parks, we took detailed measurements to make future replacements seamless. This was a key project for us, as Launch might have in the near future only Bagjump airbags installed, setting the stage for even more improvements down the road.
Fusion Trampoline Park – Carlisle, UK
Airbag Replacement in the UK
Over in Carlisle, UK, we worked at Fusion Trampoline Park to replace one of their existing airbags. This park, like many others, had an older airbag from a different company. Replacing it with a Bagjump system not only enhanced the safety and durability of their setup but also gave the park a fresh, upgraded feel. These types of replacements are becoming more common as parks seek to improve their facilities with higher-quality equipment.
Bag Specs – Deptford, NJ, USA
Similar Replacement as Herndon Project
Over in Deptford, New Jersey, Bag Specs had their trampoline park upgraded with our Bagjump airbags. We swapped out their older airbags for Bagjump models, ensuring that their park visitors can now enjoy a safer, more durable setup. Like in Herndon, this project also opened the door to potential future improvements, as we took precise measurements to ensure smooth transitions in future upgrades.
Inspection at Bowling Pottelberg – Kortrijk, Belgium
Old Bag Inspection and Maintenance Training
In Kortrijk, Belgium, we conducted a detailed inspection of a 6-year-old Bagjump airbag at Bowling Pottelberg. While the airbag was still in great shape, we noticed that a few small spare parts needed to be replaced to ensure it continues to function at 100%. We also replaced the skirt of the airbag and provided staff with a comprehensive training session on how to maintain the airbag and manage its daily operation.
This inspection highlights the long-lasting durability of Bagjump products, as well as the importance of regular maintenance. With our guidance, the staff is now well-equipped to keep their airbag in top condition for many years to come.
Yearly Inspection – Tiltis Bergbahnen, Switzerland
Inspecting a Ski Resort Airbag
One of our standout projects this month was a yearly inspection at Tiltis Bergbahnen, a ski resort in Switzerland. We assessed the condition of their standalone Bagjump airbag, which had been used heavily over the past year. While the airpillars were not in perfect condition, we replaced the blowers and are working on a solution to prevent water from entering the Velcro seams.
As the colder months approach, now is the perfect time to upgrade your park and prepare for an unforgettable season. Don’t wait—elevate your park experience with Bagjump’s cutting-edge solutions today!
