Bagjump’s Installations and Inspections: July 2024

From trampoline zones to gymnastic arenas, we’re ensuring the best in safety and fun for all ages.

Yes! July has been a busy month in the world of sports, and also for us. With installations and inspections happening across the globe, we have been working non-stop to ensure athletes can prepare themselves with the highest standards.

From the UK to the US, and Austria to Canada, we’ve been ensuring that our airbags provide safety and enjoyment for thrill-seekers and athletes alike. Now that the month is over, we want to give you a detailed look at some of the key installations and inspections we completed in July.

Installation at Gartenbau Kerschdorfer, Austria

Get ready for a jump with a view. We ventured to the scenic peaks of Austria for an exciting installation at Gartenbau Kerschdorfer. This site now boasts a Standalone Bag with three Freedrop entries, situated right next to the mountain hut at the top. This installation is part of a broader development aimed at providing attractions for all ages, so start planning your autumn and get ready for a family adventure – awesome photos are not included.

Urban Air Installation – Denham Springs, Louisiana

In Denham Springs, Louisiana, we upgraded the trampoline pit at Urban Air with a new airbag system. The previous setup, consisting of an off-brand bag, was replaced with our advanced Bagjump airbags. What issues did we encounter? The new bag was slightly larger than the pit, requiring minor adjustments like cutting the foam to fit perfectly. But don’t worry, the installation was straightforward, and the new setup offers enhanced safety and performance for visitors.

Trampoline Zone Installation – Bend, Oregon

At Trampoline Zone in Bend, Oregon, we installed a custom airbag system. This project featured two airbags: one small and another around more poles, designed for a 3-lane ninja course. One section, adorned with shark imagery, is already operational, while the other awaits final setup. Since part of the construction was not ready, we had to leave the location without inflating the bag. But this is not an issue at all; the client will complete the installation by sliding the bag inside the top sheet, showcasing the simplicity and adaptability of our designs.

Jump Zone Maintenance – Logan, Utah

Our team conducted standard maintenance at Jump Zone in Logan, Utah. This included replacing a few parts and performing routine checks to ensure everything is functioning optimally. It’s part of our regular service to keep all equipment in top shape for our clients and their customers.

Horseshoe Installation – Ontario, Canada

In Ontario, we embarked on a significant project at Horseshoe, a key development for the Canadian freestyle snowsports community. Located within easy reach of downtown Toronto, this facility marks Canada’s first permanent Olympic-size summer training facility, featuring two jumps of varying sizes. This upgrade from a water ramp setup will cater to a wide range of athletes, enhancing training opportunities in the region. This is one of the most interesting installations we did this year, and we can’t wait to see it in action.

Inspection at Geronimo’s Trampoline Park – Chubbuck, Idaho

Geronimo’s Trampoline Park in Idaho received a new topsheet for their airbag. Sounds easy, and it is easy. Still, this quick repair is part of our job in maintaining the highest safety standards for all our installations.

San Diego Installation – California

In San Diego, we installed a pressure alarm system and made adjustments to the jump area’s top sheet and adaptors. These enhancements improve both the safety and functionality of the setup, catering to a wide range of activities.

Cartwheels Gymnastics Installation – Clifton Park, New York

Finally, we finished the month with something amazing. A new gymnastics facility in Clifton Park, New York, now features three brand-new Airpits as part of its setup. This project took about 1 to 1.5 days, providing the gym with top-quality safety equipment that enhances the training experience for all levels of gymnasts.

Additional Installations

  • Inspection at Freestyle Trampoline Parks, UK: Over 10-year-old bag inspection with mushroom air pillars.
  • Sky Zone – Santa Ana, California: Minor parts replacement.
  • San Diego – California: Installation of a pressure alarm system.

We might not have installed the largest, biggest, or highest airbag in July. However, every project we undertake, whether it’s a new installation or routine maintenance, showcases our dedication to top-notch quality and service. We’re always excited to bring the latest airbag systems to venues around the globe.
