1. Falcon’s Flight – Six Flags Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia

Opening: Summer 2025 

We had to start with a rollercoaster – sorry, not sorry! However, when an upcoming ride is set to be the tallest, fastest, and longest rollercoaster in the world, it deserves to make headlines. 

Scheduled to open this summer (according to an official LinkedIn post), this attraction is expected to put Six Flags Qiddiya on the map for theme park lovers. Brace yourself for a three-minute journey that will take you across the entire park, hitting speeds of 250 km/h with a breathtaking 160-meter drop. 

This won’t just be a rollercoaster – it’s a marvel of engineering and a new frontier for extreme rides.

2. Bagjump Jump & Slide Parks – Various Locations in Europe

Opening: Several dates in several locations 

Focusing on the thrill of facing your fears, freefalling and testing your endurance on a Ninja Course, the Bagjump Jump & Slide Parks are set to become the ultimate attraction for adrenaline junkies who want to forget complicated mechanics and over-the-top structures. 

Several parks are set to open across Europe and the U.S. over the next few years, and they are being considered some of the coolest new attractions for families and young kids. 

The Jump & Slide Park features exciting elements such as tubing jump slides, multi-level jump towers, and trampoline airbag stations. Of course, we’ll keep you updated when one of these parks pops up near you, so stay tuned! 

3. LEGOLAND Pirate Land – LEGOLAND Germany

Opening: April 2025 

Scheduled to debut in April 2025, LEGOLAND Germany’s Pirate Land will transport families into the magical Lego world we all know and love. 

Pirate Land will feature Lego-themed rides (obviously), interactive attractions, and pirate-themed accommodations. Whether you’re a Lego fan or didn’t grow up with these colorful bricks, this park is sure to be one of the coolest in Germany. 

According to the park’s website, some highlights include a pirate ship battle ride and an escape-room-style adventure that will test your creativity. 

4. Universal Studios’ Epic Universe – Orlando, Florida

Opening: May 2025 

Arguably the most anticipated theme park in recent years, Epic Universe is set to redefine the future of theme parks. Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2025, this park will feature several themed lands with dozens of attractions. 

One of the most talked-about areas is Dark Universe, which promises to transport visitors into the world of Universal’s horror classics like Dracula, Frankenstein, and The Mummy.

5. Mission Bermuda – Futuroscope, France
